 A Traveler is a user registered on Bidmysafari.com to search, plan, book, and use safari and other travel arrangement services provided by registered suppliers.


2. Who is a Verified Traveler?                                                                        

A verified Traveler is a Traveler who has updated the profile with required information such as mobile phone, location, ID, and social media accounts and get verified successfully.


3. How does a Traveler get verified?

Tap the Dashboard on the top menu >>Profile and Tap Edit Profile >> Enter your name, sex, and mobile phone, tap Upload Avatar to upload your profile picture, write a brief about you, enter your city and address, social media accounts >> Tape Save Changes, then you will go for verification. Your status will change from Active to Verified if the verification is successful.

Travel Supplier and Verification

1. Who is a Travel Supplier?

A Travel Supplier is a user registered on Bidmysafari.com to provide safari and other travel arrangement services. Travel Supplier must be legally registered as sole propitiator or company to provide travel service on Bidmysafari.com. Travel Supplier includes Tour Operator, guide, Travel Agent, Airline, Cruise line, Car rental, Travel Insurance, railway, Hotel/Lodge/Airbnb/Homestay, and legally registered entity for safari and travel services.


2. What does Bidmysafari verification mean?

Bidmysafari verification is the process of getting a verified status that tells other users on the platform that an account really belongs to you.


3. Who is a Verified Travel Supplier?

A verified Travel Supplier is a Travel Supplier who has updated their profile, uploaded license and legal documents, and get verified successfully.


4. What is needed for a Travel Supplier to complete verification? 

Tap the Dashboard on the top menu >> Go to Profile and Tap Edit Profile >> Enter your name >> Enter mobile phone number >>Tap Upload Avatar to upload your profile picture >> Upload license document >> Upload Registration documents >> Write tag line that pitches you to travelers >> Write a brief about you in Travel Industry>> enter your city and address>> Select category(Service Category according to your license >> Select Sub Category(Things to Do) according to service you provide>> Enter more service that you provide >>Enter your company website and your social media >> Tap Save Changes. Your status will change from Active to Verified if the verification is successful.


5. How does a Travel Supplier get verified? 

A Travel Supplier gets verified under two phases, Online and Physical.

 a) Online verification: We audit legal documents and licenses submitted by a Supplier. We also use the country regulatory boards' database to confirm.

 b) Physical verification: We visit the Travel Supplier office and confirm business status in terms of quality as per travel service standards. 


6.   How can a Travel Supplier write a competitive profile? 

Get verified and then tap the Dashboard on the top menu >> Profile and Tap My Experience >> Enter your city >> Write your experiences working with different companies >> Tap Save. The combination of your experiences and verified barge will make your profile competitive.

1.   What is Safari?

Safari is atrip, game or wildlife safari, hotel reservation, car rental, or any travel idea that a traveler has about places to go or tour destinations, things to door preferred travel or tours service, preferred travel suppliers, budget, travel time, and any other travel or tours arrangement. 


2.   What is Travel Plan or Trip? 

Travel Plan is a trip, game safari, hotel reservation, car rental, or any travel idea that a traveler has about places to go or tour destinations, things to do or preferred travel or tours service, preferred travel suppliers, budget, travel time, and any other travel or tours arrangement. 


 3.   What are Travel Offers or Offers?

Travel Offers or Offers are online packages or itineraries for a safari or any travel arrangement listed by registered Travel Suppliers.  


4.   How can a Traveler post a Travel Plan or Trip?

Register or login >>Tap Post a trip, and the form will open >> Enter the Trip name >> Write a brief description about what you want >>Choose the country you prefer >> Enter the duration for your vocation>>Enter the total number of travelers by sex and age >> Select Supplier or operator category you want >> Choose service or things to do you prefer >> Enter you budget >> Make you trip premium if you prefer >> Tap Post-trip and then your trip or travel plan will be posted and ready to receive competitive bids from Local operators.

Bids | Bid for Safari or Travel Arrangement

1.   What is a Bid?

A bid is submitting the best safari or travel arrangement offer or proposal itinerary to the Traveler according to the Travel Plan posted on Bidmysafari.com. A Traveler will always award Travel Supplier with the best bids. 


2.   What is the Best Bid?

The best bid is the best offer or proposal itinerary submitted by Travel Supplier and then selected and awarded according to Traveler’s preference.  


3.   How can a Travel Supplier bid for Travel Plan or Trip? 

Tap the Bid MyTravel >> Search for Travel Plans that match with service that you provide >> Tap Bid Now >> Read plan details to understand what Traveler needs>> Tap Bid Now >> Enter the total cost or budget (Don't enter the cost per person) >> Enter the duration of the proposed travel plan>> Write details proposal or Itinerary, be clear what is included and not included >> Tap Premium if you prefer your bid to be sealed and, or highlighted (Option) >> Review your details to see if everything is okay  >> Tap Bid Now to submit your proposal. 


4.   How can a Travel Supplier prepare the best Bid?

The best bid depends on the Traveler's preference. Read what a Traveler wants, check the proposed budget, and Things to Do, the write your offer or proposal itinerary accordingly. 


5.   How can a Traveler select the Best Bidder or Travel Supplier? 

The best bid depends on the Traveler's preference. Browse and read bid proposals and select the best proposal that fit what you want and your budget.  


6.   How can a Traveler award the best bidder or Travel Supplier? 

Tap the Dashboard>> Tap Trips and then manage trips or My Trips >> Go to the trip you want to award and then Tap Manage Bids >> Go to the best bidder you selected and then Tap Accept Offer>> Confirm you agree with Terms>> Tap Accept. Then the winner will be awarded. 


7.   How can a Travel Supplier accept the bid offer?

Tap the Dashboard>> Tape Trips and then My Trips or Manage My Trips >> Tap Accept/Reject offer >> Tap Accept. It is done.

Payments | Payment Plans

1.    How many payment options does bidmysafari.com have?

"Bidmysafari.com offers three payment options: pay by milestones, pay after service, pay later, or pay cash for last-minute trips."


2.    How does pay by milestones work?

To use the pay-by-milestones option, follow these steps:

(1). Click on 'Plan a Trip.'

(2). Enter your trip details.

(3). Wait for travel suppliers to send bids or proposals.

(4). Once you have received proposals, award the best bidder.

(5). Pay by milestone or stages until you reach the total amount needed for your trip.

With pay by milestones, you can make payments daily, weekly, monthly, or regular, depending on your financial position. This gives you more flexibility and control over your budget, allowing you to plan your trip more quickly and confidently.


3. How does pay-after-service complete work?

To use the pay-after-service option, follow these steps:

(1). Click on 'Plan a Trip.'

(2). Enter your trip details.

(3). Wait for travel suppliers to send bids or proposals.

(4). Once you have received proposals, award the best bidder.

(5). Travel for your vacation or use service.

(6). Pay after completing the service.

Ensure that the funds in your wallet equal the value of the trip you confirmed you will pay after service. 

This service is available only for travelers who are Premium members.


4.    How does pay-later work?

To use the pay-after-service option, follow these steps:

(1). Click on 'Plan a Trip.'

(2). Enter your trip details.

(3). Wait for travel suppliers to send bids or proposals.

(4). Once you have received proposals, award the best bidder to confirm the booking.

(5). Pay later.

To ensure a smooth preparation process, we recommend that you adhere to the following pay-later option guidelines:

(1). For wildlife safaris, leisure holidays, mountain climbing, and other similar activities, please pay 30 days in advance during the high season and one week before the trip date during the low season.

(2). For hotels, please pay one week in advance during the high season and one day before the check-in date during the low season.

(3). Please pay for car hires one day before the travel-in date.

(4). For air ticketing, please pay according to the booking's expiring date and the travel itinerary submitted by the best bidder.


5.   What will I get evidence for transactions processed under Bidmysafari.com?

The system will notify you via the email you registered. Your milestone dashboard payment status will change to Released and Paid. You can also tap Dashboard>>Tap Transaction>>Download or print an invoice to prove the transaction.  


6.   How can a Traveler make the payment for a Trip?

Tap the Dashboard >> Tape Trips and then My Trips or Manage My Trips >> Tape Create Milestones >> Write Milestone title (Advance Payment or Total Amount Payment) and Enter Amount you want to pay >>Confirm the Terms and then Tap Accept >> Tap Release and confirm to release funds from your wallet to Travel Supplier’s wallet. 


7.   What is needed for a Travel Supplier to get paid when awarded a Trip?

The Travel Supplier must accept the offer after being awarded as the winner to enable the Traveler to create a milestone, initiate the payment, and give us a release order. 


8.   When does a Travel Supplier get paid when awarded a Trip?

A Travel Supplier can be paid after accepting the offer and when a Traveler initiates the payment and authorizes us to release funds into your wallet.


9.   When does a Travel Supplier get paid when the Traveler confirms the Travel Offer? 

It depends on the payment plan the traveler opted for. Funds will be released into your wallet when the Traveler initiates the payment and authorizes us to do so. 


10.   When can a Traveler initiate payment for a Trip?

You can only initiate the payment after the winner accepts the offer. The payment plans the traveler opted for will determine this.


11.   How can a Traveler pay for a Travel Offer or Offer?

Register or login >>Tao Find Offers >>Enter keywords to search offers if you have any preference already to get the offer that fits you or >>Enter a minimum and maximum budget if you have any preferred budget to get the offer that fits your budget or, >> Tap Service category you want to access offers >>Read offer board and Tap to open if you want to read more about the description, the seller, reviews, recommendations, and compare offer packages>>Choose package plan you prefer>>Click Continue to proceed with payment>>Select payment method (If you have deposited funds into your wallet or if you have funds in your wallet you can pay directly from your wallet. If don’t have funds in your wallet, you can pay by using other payment methods) >>Tap Confirm Payment to pay for offer. You will receive payment confirmation. Travel Supplier will arrange logistics for your safari or travel.

Ratings and Reviews

1.    Is it possible for a Travel Supplier to rate or review any Traveler?

It is not possible to rate or review any Traveler.  You can write a review or rate a Traveler who has used your service distributed on Bidmysafari.com.  Our system governs rating and review for service improvement.  


2.    Is it possible for a Traveler to rate or review any Travel Supplier?

It is not possible to rate or review any Travel Supplier or Operator. You can write a review or rate Travel Supplier who has completed delivering service for your Travel Plan or offer onBidmysafari.com. 


3.    When can a Traveler write a review and rate a Travel Supplier?

A Traveler can only write a review or rate a Travel Supplier after receiving a safari or travel arrangement service. 


4.    How can a Traveler write a review and rate a Travel Supplier?

Tap the Dashboard on the top menu >> Tap Offers if you want to rate and write a review for the Travel Supplier who serviced you with the offer and then tap Manage Orders or Tap trips if you want to rate and write a review for Travel Supplier who serviced you with a travel plan and then Tap Manage Trips >> Tap Leave a review >> confirm if service was delivered on time and if you can recommend Travel Supplier to other Travelers>> Rate by taping number of stars that fit the Travel Supplier(1,or2,or3,or4,or5)>> Write your honest comment >> Tap Leave Review. 


5.    When can a Travel Supplier write a review and rate a Traveler?

A Travel Supplier can only write a review or rate a Traveler after delivering a safari or travel arrangement service.  


6.    How can a Travel Supplier rate and review a Traveler?

Tap the Dashboard on the top menu >> Tap Offers and then tap Manage Orders and check offers you have completed >> Tap Leave a Review >> Rate by taping the number of stars that fit the Traveler (1, or2, or 3, or 4, or 5) >> Write your honest comment >> Tap Leave Review.

Deposit| Withdraw | Refunds

1.   How can I deposit funds in my wallet?

Tap the Dashboard on the top menu >> Go to account and Tap Deposit >> Enter how much you want to deposit >> Tape Deposit >> Select Payment Method and Tape Confirm and pay. 


2.   How can I withdraw funds from my wallet?

Tap the Dashboard on the top menu >> Go to account and Tap Withdraw t >> Enter how much you want to withdraw >> Select Payment Method >> Write payment details or Account details you prefer your money to be transferred >> Tape Withdraw.


3.   How can I claim my refund?

You can file a dispute or claim relating torefund@bidmysafari.com if the negotiation failed. The company or third partycontracted will work hard to resolve the dispute by binding arbitrationaccording to User Agreement. 

Destination service

1.   How do I meet my local Travel Supplier at the destination?

You will be shared with contact details for our Country Representative and Local Operator once all booking and logistic processes are completed.  Bid My Safari has Country Representatives in each country that we operate to ensure that our members get instant online and ground support to make their travel unforgettable.
